Water channel beside gate 3 of Pekan Raya Jakarta (PRJ), Jalan Rajawali Selatan, Kemayoran, Central Jakarta, is covered by mud.
The channel was lastly dredged in June 2015 during PRJ
Based on Beritajakarta.com observation, the channel is full with dry mud. Wild plants start to grow inside the channel.
Manto (32), one of traders near the location, admitted that the channel was dredged in June 2015.

Meanwhile, Kemayoran Head Section of Sub-dept. of Water Management, Yursid Suryanegara, said that his side already knew the channel condition. In fact, the area is under management of State Secretary Ministry.
“We can not clean the channel or we’ll violate the regulation,” he stated.
